Copyright notices
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury, with an authorized signature.
Response
We may remove or restrict access to reported material, notify the account holder, and process repeat-infringer restrictions. We may forward legally necessary information to the affected party.
Counter-notices
Where applicable, an affected user may submit a counter-notice explaining the mistake or misidentification. We will process valid notices under applicable law.
